Siva, If you have not received a job offer in the campus then it is really tough. You have problem with English which is evident from your posting and I am worried that your CV and Cover Letter might have mistakes and not good enough to get interview calls. HR people do not call candidates for interview because they hold a degree but because of their CV and Cover Letter. After that its your performance in the interview that will get you a job. Most Indian youth suffer from poor CV and poor or no Cover letter problem. Moreover, most candidates do use a proper or any photograph on their CV due to some unknown notion and very strange misunderstanding. Most Indian youth feel a B. Tech. or MBA degree will get them a job but that is not the reality. You need mentoring and find the mistakes that you have committed which is restricting you getting interview calls. I feel https://shiksha.com should launch a paid Mentoring service for the students because most students need mentoring, guidance, hand holding and heavy counseling. Anything that is given or received free do not carry the seriousness and value.
