The minimum eligibility for this course is a Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate score. However, there are some institutes that may require the candidates to have an Honors undergraduate degree in Psychology or Psychology as a subject in Graduation for becoming eligible for this course.

Biotechnology is indeed very nice field!
Biotechnology includes research and development in recombinant DNA technology. So if you want to do research, then biotechnology is gonna provide world's best research centers. If you gain your degree in biotechnology from one of the reputed college, then of course you will get a chance for research in India as well as out of India also. Go for it. To become eligible for UGC NET Exam, you must have completed a Master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks. As PGDM is a post-graduation Diploma, you can apply for NET Exam. Make sure you also meet with other required eligibility criteria to appear in NET Exam. As per the latest news, the UGC NET Exam will be conducted for 81 subjects. So, you will have to select the subject in which you have pursued PGDM.

Yes, there are colleges offering PGDM programs which have lower cutoffs I. e. 70-75+ percentile. But to take admission in such colleges, you need to clear their interview rounds. Good luck!
