For TGT, any training as BTC/B.Ed is required or any other training after that you are eligible for TGT exam. For PGT I think no B.Ed is required. For that, you need Master's degree in specific subject. All the Best. Thanks.

Reviewing the CAT syllabus: Review the outline of all 3 sections: verbal ability and reading comprehension, data interpretation and logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude and find mini mock tests / online tests that are able to target your weaknesses in each section. Do not ignore any section, there are sectional score weightage in the selection and continuously revise the weak topics.
