Hi Rakesh, to get admission in MBBS course you have to qualify in entrance exams like AIIMS, AFMC, AIPMT, etc.

Voice dubbing/Voice over which technically requires voice modulation is a very challenging but interesting profession. Voice modulation is basically an inbuilt talent and you can only enhance it by practice. To become a good Voice artist one should have the following qualities like an attractive voice, good command over English, Hindi and the regional language, confidence, smart etc.
To the best of my knowledge and research I don't think there are many institutes that provide these courses as it is a very unique and rare course. However, I would suggest you to pursue an RJ course as it is quite similar to what an RJ does.
