There are mainly two types of SAP consultants (Technical & Functional). You don't need an engineering degree to go for any functional consulting role. You need to first determine what type of role are you interested (Technical or Functional). If you like technical work then you can explore modules such as (BASIS, BI/BW/BODC & SECURITY). Take sometime and first get info about the various sap modules and see which one you like

Akash,
You are pursuing a Masters in Management so sectors like Tourism/ Event Management doesn't make much difference. Because those theory papers shall provide you only few information about that.
But if you still want to pursue a program in Tourism, you shall pursue P.G.Diploma in Travel/ Tourism Management through Distance learning mode from any institute/ University.
You can pararelly pursue this P.G.Diploma along with your current program

I can understand the dilemma you must be going through at this phase of career. Its really tough to choose right institute when all the institutes claims to be the best. The parameters to choose an institute should be unique pedagogy, code of conduct, updated curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, alumni and placements.
