1) Job security : Government jobs are more secure than that of private jobs where in a volatile world the layoffs cannot be predicted.
2) Career Growth : In the government sector growth is based on the years of work you put in whereas in a private job growth is related to the performance of the individual in the organisation.
3) Monotony : The challenges posed to you in a private job are fairly higher as compared to government job. So, government job is more monotonous.
