Don't know about BMS. But, yes, can suggest some good colleges for BBA. Like Christ college, Bangalore. Symbiosis, Pune. Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur (only for girls). St. Xaviers college, Kolkata. SD college Chadigarh are some good colleges you can go for.

If you do not want to do B.Tech then you can go to BE or if not then you can go for BCA since you have done the Diploma in CS only or you can look for a job. But there are very less jobs and the scope is also not satisfactory. If you have any choice for the undergraduate programme and have a query regarding that please revert.

I don't think that Anna University (CEG) has Aeronautical Engineering. MIT has it though. With what I have gathered from my friends in MIT, the program seems to be quite good.
