Both M.Sc. IT and B.Tech IT programmes are similar in terms of syllabus and almost identical when it comes to practical learning aspects. But M.Sc. IT is focused around core IT concepts and tries offer deeper conceptual clarity about both practical as well as theoretical aspects. B.Tech IT is more practical in approach and is oriented towards training students to meet the current industry requirements. Hope it helps.

You can go for any stream in 11th & 12th. You can still choose animation afterwards. But since you have an aptitude for animation, I would suggest entering the arts stream since it helps to hone your creativity. Also the art subjects can inspire you to become better in the field of animation and graphics. The topics therein will give an insight into the works of some major artists in the past and you would gain ample exposure into the world of art. Regards.

No, they will not ask you for your 10 or 10+2 marks. They will check your semester marks though they will not give much value to them too. As they will focus on your personality, problem solving way, they will you cases in interview and will check your level of intelligence. Also, hey will focus on your English as in today's world, it is mandatory. So, don't worry, focus on your studies well.

I shall not give you a judgement about the same but will try to explain both sides.
Suppose you do B.Sc IT, the positive side is that, it's a 3-year course, not done through JEE type tough entrances. It has limited syllabus and specialisation in IT and Computer Sc.
Now, let me tell you the risks involved:
1. B.Sc is less preferred by employers when B.Tech is available in abundance.
2. B.Sc gives less technology exposure than BTech.
3. It is of 3 years, whereas, B.Tech is 4 years, so the validity of B.Tech is more for higher studies abroad.
Still, I shall say that if you cannot do B.Tech, then B.Sc is not a bad option.

B.Com and BBA won't get you a good job. You will have to do Masters along with it, so biotechnology would be a better option, if you want to get a good job.
