Yes, you are eligible for studying a Diploma course in travel and tourism after 10th standard. 10th or equivalent is the minimum educational qualification which is required to pursue for Diploma in travel and tourism. BCA or Bachelor of Computer Application is a 3-year undergraduate programme in computer applications which is often seen as equivalent to BE or B.Tech in Computer Science. BCA course focuses on preparing students for roles pertaining to Computer Applications and IT industry and helps a student develop programming skills, networking skills and learn application packages, programming languages and modern techniques of Information technology. BCA should be sufficient to teach you important basics regarding computer applications and programming skills. There is no need to study an additional computer course.

To an RJ - Radio Jockey - there is nothing that your being a Bio student can do against or in favor. However your Graduation shall matter a lot because that fulfills the eligibility thing to do a PG Diploma or a Master Degree in the Radio and RJ domain.
You need to be active, trained and confident of your voice and Presentation skills. Your Voice and Diction (not just language) should be STRONG and Trained.
Do some course in Radio Production from IGNOU or other leading places in INDIA or even globally.

The exact dates aren't out yet but, it should be around the last of May. The registration or the the submission of entrance form for all DU colleges is done collectively, so there isn't a last date specifically for SRCC. Keep checking the official DU website to keep yourself updated. The registration probably will start from May.

No NEET is not compulsory for gaining admission to a Naturopathy course.

Most institutes and colleges offering course admit students based on their accomplishment in a relevant entrance examination, conducted mostly at an institutional level, followed by a round of personal interview.

In personal interview round, candidates general aptitude for course is examined and a merit list is then issued by each institute, declaring names of all selected students. Admission procedure generally varies across institutes. A few institutes also provide direct admission to candidates on basis of their score at 10+2 level. Regards.
