With 12th pass qualification, you will hardly get a job with good salary. Rather you will get some temporary jobs in small firms, call centers, etc. At least graduation is required for a decent job and a career. If you wish to earn after 12th for some reasons, then do some private jobs and side by side complete your graduation through correspondence mode if you can.

Yes, BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. It is a general management education course. Students who have passed 12th standard are eligible to pursue this course. If you are interested in pursuing a management course right after 12th, BBA will suit you!
Eligibility criteria:
10+2 passed (any stream- science, commerce or arts) from a recognized board (or equivalent) is the minimum educational qualification required. Minimum aggregate marks criteria, if exists, could be anywhere between 45-55% aggregate marks.
