With 12th pass qualification, you will hardly get a job with good salary. Rather you will get some temporary jobs in small firms, call centers, etc. At least graduation is required for a decent job and a career. If you wish to earn after 12th for some reasons, then do some private jobs and side by side complete your graduation through correspondence mode if you can.

Yes, BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. It is a general management education course. Students who have passed 12th standard are eligible to pursue this course. If you are interested in pursuing a management course right after 12th, BBA will suit you!

Meanwhile, you can start reading News dailies, Magazines to strengthen your English grammar. Though I won't recommend any particular source, you can refer to content available on online stores.
