Hi Safeer, when applying for admission you will have to explain how you were able to complete BCom. Generally, minimum 15 yrs of education is required to pursue any masters course. Some students are given entry based on mature entry, for students who do not have formal qualification but have good number of years of work experience.
If you could year wise explain what and when you have completed, I might be bale to help you out.
Since, this is a peculiar case, the decision is completely in the hands of University faculty.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
