Hi Anand, may I know the reason why do you want to go for a foundation course? you have scored well in 11. And if you score the same or higher in 12, you can get direct admission for a degree course.
Also, not having 12 can lead to visa issues in Australia. You may not be granted a visa. It has happened with a similar case earlier. Hence, it is advised that you complete 12 and then go for a degree course straight away.
Foundation courses are normally for people who do not meet the standard entry requirements. Why do you want to fall in this category when you have the ability to be better.

US does not recognize a dental degree from India. The person must complete DDS from USA and be licensed through one of the boards (eastern, california, etc.) to be able to practice .
Colleges which offer Advanced Standing Program (DDS/DMD) to foreign trained dentists require at least NDEB Part I.
Most of the dental schools which offer this program require at least 83%.
Foreign dental students can get into the Advanced Placement program of DDS wherein they join in the 2nd year of the program.
Typically, yearly expenses are in the range of US $ 80,000 to one lakh dollar. So, a two year program will cost US $1,60,000 to US $200,000.
