Hi Aysha,
The admission date have already passed for PGDM 2015-17 batch. The admission procedure for the course is as follows:
1.Welingkar accepts CAT,XAT,ATMA,CMAT,GMAT and CET scores. Once you have given either of these exams, you can apply online.
2.Once the online application procedure is complete, welingkar has its selection process. The selection is done based on a combination of the student's past academic performance, work experience, performance at the time of Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Psychometric Test and Design & Creativity test.
As for the fees for the course, its around 4.30 lakhs per annum.

If you mean distance education then I am afraid there are no institutes in Maharashtra offering MA History through distance. However, following are the institutes offering LLB through distance:
Government Law College
Amity University, Mumbai
SVKM's Pravin Gandhi College of Law
Rizvi Law College
Gangamani College Of Legal Education
