Hi. Murtaza. Opportunities have increased over the past four to five years, and as a result, MBA equivalent to PGDM programmes are growing in popularity. One of the leading business schools, alongside Christ University, GIBS Bangalore, and the Iims. I would advise choosing GIBS Bangalore. It is a prestigious business school. The institute offers a variety of programmes for students, including completing school, C2C, a programme for global immersion, training for job placements, internships, etc.

Some I want suggest are: Engineering, Hotel industry, hospitality domain, tourism, business administration, and business management. NMIMS had a HR batch since its inception and recently in 2013, it got separated. Now we have a separate MBA HR batch so that we can focus on core HR subjects and hot topics from 1st year itself. NMIMS is the only college in India which has a tag up with SHRM, a facility which no other colleges providing MBA HR enjoys. Apart from that, the entire course structure was changed last year to meet the corporate demands. All in all we have great faculties and alumni base for support and it will be a good choice to select MBA HR in NMIMS. For placement details, you can check the official site for placement details. In PGDM, the first year will be general management. As such, you'll get a grounding in all areas of management including Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations. In FS, most of the concentration right from first year is on finance. So a person who is very sure about pursuing a career in finance might find FS more useful than PGDM Finance. However, I would suggest a person who's not so clear or would like a more diversified knowledge base to select PGDM Finance. Rest assured, both courses ensure that students get a thorough foundation of finance knowledge and are eligible for placements in all finance profiles.
