NMIMS had a HR batch since its inception and recently in 2013, it got separated. Now we have a separate MBA HR batch so that we can focus on core HR subjects and hot topics from 1st year itself. NMIMS is the only college in India which has a tag up with SHRM, a facility which no other colleges providing MBA HR enjoys. Apart from that, the entire course structure was changed last year to meet the corporate demands.
