Go for any course you feel like doing. In B.Com or BBA, maths doesn't matter. You're good in accounts and economics, so don't feel discouraged.

If you are very much interested in doing B.Tech from IIT or NIT then you may drop a year and prepare for JEE Mains again. If you want to do BCA then you can opt for any university in Gujarat. Choice is all yours.

No, it is not possible to get a seat for computer science engineering branch at SRM University's main campus with a rank of just 37000. You need to have atleast 10000 or below to get a seat at SRM's main campus.

You can apply for some best private universities having their forms open. Private universities also provide best infrastructure and equally good education with government universities. Admissions in BIT Mesra, are taken on the basis of JEE mains AIRs. If you have a rank that is within the cutoffs of the required ranks, you can then take admission in the college. For that, you have to fill up BIT as your choice and also the branch you want to take admission in, during the online counselling. If you get a seat in BIT, then you have to go to the college campus in Ranchi, to do the formalities with all the needed documents. The list of documents and the papers needed will be displayed on the BIT official website- bitmesra.ac.in .
After reaching campus you will be directed by the college staffs to do as needed.

You need to check this with the current students. Go to the college and talk to them.

There is no flying club in Delhi for pilot training and doing only SPL is not good go for PPL at least. If you want to join classes to complete the exam then it will be good if you go with flying club
