I will suggest you to search University on the basis University, faculty, placements, international exposure, curriculum, alumni of that university. Hi, IMUCET Marking Scheme: There is no negative marking applicable for the test. Number of Questions asked: 120 MCQ Type (for MBA); 200 MCQ Type (for other exa. Sections in Paper: 6 (PCM, GK, English Aptitude) Mode of Exam: Online only Negative marking: Not applicable IMU CET Exam Pattern will be set and released by Indian Maritime University. A candidate who wish to apply for UG or undergraduate, PG or postgraduate, Diploma courses and Ph.D. programme at IMU must know IMUCET Exam Pattern. As per the exam pattern, IMUCET consists of 6 sections with 200 MCQ type Questions of 200 marks in total.

I dont really have an idea about the civil branch but I think you can get it at some nit as the cutoff for civil is quite low as compared to cse. Although nit delhi does not offer civil as one of its courses in my opinion.

You cannot get CSE in NSIT though you may get some other branch here. Good NITs like Surathkal, Trichy and Warangal have an even higher cutoff. Getting CSE in NIT Delhi also seems tough. If you have given the IP entrance exams, you can get CSE in one of their colleges depending upon your rank. Sorry to say but with these scores, getting CSE in a good NIT seems a bit out of reach.
