You can pursue your Bachelor's degree abroad. But, it will be very much expensive as it is a 4 years program. Generally, people study Master's program abroad as it is only for two years and its worth doing it.
My suggestion is, finish your Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering in India. Get good grades,improve your profile. Apply for Masters program abroad.

MSRIM provides two courses MBA and PGDM . If you want to do further studies in the future like Ph.d or any other course then MBA is better option and if you want to join corporate world after the course then PGDM is better . At MSRIM students of both the courses has same opportunities to show their skills and capabilities . For placements students of both courses sit together . PGDM is better course in MSRIM
Placements are pretty good in MSRIM . There is almost 100% placements every year .
Min package offered to students is 3.5 lakh per annum and max. package 14 per annum .

Getting opportunity in the top 10 colleges like IIM's, MDI, Christ, IBS Hyderabad etc. is a dream come true for the students.
