Yes, for computer Science, it is not mandatory to have computer in class 12th. You only Have to qualify JEE. And without computer in your 12th, you can get computer science but maths is mandatory in class 12th. Then, you will get admission in engineering.

Amongst the four institutions that you have mentioned, I feel that you should select from either Jain or Amrita. Even the other two are reasonably well but these two have a better reputation quotient.
