First of all you say congratulation to your brother behalf of me.
He scored nice. but for for getting a mechanical Engineering it may be so harden then other.
so, my personal suggestion is you fill up nirma university foram which has aieee quta seat for all category.
so, there are a chance for him. and also fill a Pandit dindayal university foram for petrochemical engineering if he intraceted.
