In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
Plus you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT,XAT etc.

For change your university you apply for N.O.C latter in your university and where you wont university for admission.
and after getting the N.O.C latter u submitted it and collect all your original document from old university.
But it admission possible when a seat is available.
