Hi, You can check out University College Birmingham, which offer a good 3 year Bachelors in Hotel management, Resort Management, Spa Management, etc and most courses have a 1 year full internships at UK which is also paid. Check the website www.ucb.ac.uk. If you are interested in Culinary area, you can also try LeCordon Blue. Switzerland also has quite a few colleges like Ceaser Ritz, SHMS, etc for Hospitality Management.
All the best.
