Before taking decission about language just think what will be ur area like where u want to work or which region u like most.Then after that go for that particular regions native language.If i wil be on ur place then i wil opt for spanish

It depends on a lot of factors:
1. Your financial condition
2. Whether you are in a condition to move out of your current location for a full time course
3. The reputation and approval status of the Institute offering the course (be it full time or distance mode). Once you have an answer to all the above questions, you can decide whether you are able to go for a full time course or choose a distance learning course.
There are many institutes offering MBA / PGD courses. You can choose based on reputation and approvals. Some good organizations (in no particular order) are:
Symbiosys, NMIMS, IGNOU,ICFAI to name a few
