As a dubbing or voice over artiste you should not be only fluent in the language but also versatile enough to match your inflection, lip sync, tone & pauses to synchronize with the gestures and body language of the character in the original soundtrack or visuals.
A person can easily earn between Rs 30,000 and Rs 40,000 per month. Animation projects pay Rs 10,000 to Rs15,000, while corporate movies pay around Rs 10,000. E-learning projects are mostly paid either by the hour or per page (A4 size). Payment per page is around Rs 600 to Rs700.
