This is the best time to think about becoming an airline pilot. The jobs are waiting in the sky. The CPL training offered in Hyderabad or in Sagar (MP) is a CPL - ME (IR) 185 hours on single engine and 15 hours on multi engine. The training cost would be approximately Rs.26 lakhs.
DGCA approved CPL-ME-IR course is a professional pilot integrated course, which qualifies you to secure a job in airline/ general aviation. This course is a full time residential program with duration of approximately 12 to 15 months.

There is nothing impossible. You can go for civil service examination. Yes it is amongst the best exam in India.
After HSC /12th first you have to stronger your base. You have to be graduate or pursuing final year of graduation and 21year of age.
It has two phase. 1. Preliminary and 2. Main exam and final selection will be on the basis of Interview.

Public service commission:
Every state has its own public service commission. They conduct PCs exams for posts like Joint collector, MRO, ACP and many more state level top government jobs. Generally, students who don't secure a good rank in civil services exam can try for PCS exam. But, the post with which you will retire in PCS, will be your starting post in civil services.

Iceland. You are the first person who wants to go there. So, are you going there due to its beauty? What inspired you to go there? Anyways, let's come to the point, Iceland is a beautiful cold lonely county in Europe with difficult Cyrillic language, Icelandic and a different education system. I would advise you to go after completing class 12th. Learn islandic software engineering. It is the best option but think twice before going there.

Last year it was Rs 1.37 lacs then additional 8000 we paid + 1000 application form + 1500 exam fee + prospectus fee. So it comes around Rs 1.5 lacs.
