I do not think you should do this right now. 62% in Intermediate is not a good percentage. I am sorry about that. Further you would not get admission anywhere in Germany as admissions there are very competitive. During visa time, the high commission will question you as to why not study in India when such degrees are available in India. Further they will ask you to justify, as you had not fared well in the Intermediate from your home country, how do will you be able to do so in a foreign environment.
