It is simply impossible to get admission in any good college for pursuing MMS/MBA with this score. It will be better for you to reappear for CET (or any other exam as you wish) and try scoring 98+ percentile to get admission in a top college.

Don't go for engineering, do B.Sc or B.Com graduation and go for civil services, that will be best for you. Everybody is trying to get admission for engineering.
