Definitely you can. Completing MBBS from AFMC doesn't mean, you are bound to work with the forces. You can practice privately also. MBBS from AFMC or any other recognised institutions have same value.

Amity, Gwalior happens to have the best residential facilities any university could provide in the entire city of Gwalior and also, in Madhya Pradesh. It has 3 blocks of buildings for hostels, 2 for boys and 1 for girls. Mess facilities are satisfactory also to mention the in-house Gymnasium, game room, and TV room. UPSEE 2015 432 marks-Rank around 1600 in General Category
UPSEE 2014 432 marks-Rank around 2300 in General Category
For getting a government College, your rank should be under 6000, if you belong to general category.

You are comparing 2 different and totally opposite courses with each other. The first thing that matters is your interest and not the college. Firstly select your dream course and then lookout for the colleges available. For instance, MIT Pune is better overall.
