You have to apply through JEE Mains website for B.Tech courses. First, you have to register for its 1st entrance exam, clear it and then register for 2nd exam. First exam that is JEE Mains is just for qualification for JEE advance that is second exam. If you score well in JEE Advance, then you will get seat in IIT madras. There is also some reservations for foreign students in IITS.

Well, class 10th and 12th result is necessary for any good business school. After class 12th, you have done Diploma, that will be counted as an additional qualification apart from B.Tech. But major results would include class 10th, 12th and graduation (B.Tech) marks.
