Register yourself and enter your Name, DOB, and Email ID.
You will get an Id and password to log into your account.
Fill in the application form with valid details.
Make the payment online of INR 600 and INR 300 (for SC/ ST category) should be paid online using debit/credit card and net banking of HDFC or SBI Bank.
Submit the application form.
