Based on your JEE Main percentile of 61, you may not be eligible for JEE Advanced. However, you can still apply to various colleges that accept JEE Main scores. Here are some government engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh that accept JEE Main scores:

1. Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur: This is one of the top engineering colleges in India and offers a B.Teach in Computer Science Engineering.
2. Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology: This is a public technical university located in Allahabad and offers a B.Teach in Computer Science Engineering .
3. Harcourt Butler Technical University: This is a state technical university located in Kanpur and offers a B.Teach in Computer Science Engineering .

As of February 12, 2025, several prestigious colleges in Lucknow are either holding entrance exams or accepting students for a range of programs.

University of Lucknow: Undergraduate and graduate programs offered by the university are varied. Entrance exams are normally required as part of the admissions process, and application forms are typically made available in March with deadlines reaching July. 

The National Post Graduate College (NPGC) provides undergraduate and graduate courses and is renowned for its compliance with the National Education Policy 2020. Applications are normally due in July, and the college administers entrance exams for admission. 

Isabella Thoburn College: This college, which provides undergraduate and graduate programs, is well-known for its dedication to women's education. Admissions are presently being accepted for some engineering and management programs at the Lucknow Institute of Technology (LIT) for the 2024–2025 academic year.

Jain College Bangalore is known for its quality education and excellent placement opportunities for its students. However, as far as I know, Jain College Bangalore does not conduct campus placements for distance learning MBA students. Campus placements are usually conducted for full-time MBA students who study on-campus. However, Jain College Bangalore may provide placement assistance to distance learning MBA students by inviting them to attend job fairs and career counseling sessions conducted by the college. I would suggest you contact the college directly to get more information about the placement opportunities for distance learning MBA students.

IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Delhi which was established as College of Engineering in 1961is now the Institution of National Importance and is amongst the twenty-three IITs created to be Centres of Excellence. The institute is now a Deemed University with more than 48000 students graduating since its inception. Out of these nearly 5070 students have received their PhDs and its alumni work today as scientists, technologists, business managers or have even taken up administrative services or are active in politics.
