If you're choosing between IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Sri City, and IIIT Guwahati for B.Tech in CSE, go for IIIT Guwahati first—it's more established and has better placements. IIIT Sri City comes next with good industry exposure due to its location. IIIT Bhopal is newer, so choose it if others aren't available.

If you’re joining B.Tech in 2nd year after diploma (lateral entry), fees depend on the college. In private colleges, it’s usually INR 80,000 to INR 1.2 lakh per year. In government colleges, it’s much less—around INR 30,000 to INR 60,000 per year. Since you’ll study for 3 years, the total fees will be based on that.
