You have enough time to apply for master in Germany. I suggest to complete your IELTS & GRE when you are in 7th semester. This will save your time for coming intake.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then as per your profile it would be difficult for you to get admission in full time MBA or PGDM program, as in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education, for your reference find below some of the finest universities to pursue MBA through distance education:
- Punjab Technical University.
- Sikkim Manipal
