as u hv low grades it is very diff to get a good college wid these marks.

Dr K.N.Modi University is in the its 4th year. So first batch of B Tech will pass out next year. However, the MBA 2 batches have passed out. Please let us know in detail which course you wish to pursue for better advice, however as per your profile it seems that you wish to pursue masters degree from universities in Australia.
So regarding this please remember every university has its own course specific IELTS requirement, in order to know the exact IELTS score required it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall in order to pursue masters degree you need to have IELTS score of 6.5 with no band score lower than 6.
