Nutrition Sciences is also an allied subject of Life Sciences or Biological Sciences or Home Sciences. Therefore as you are graduated from Life Sciences or having a B.Sc. Degree in Life Sciences subject then you are definitely eligible for pursuing Masters or M.Sc. In Nutrition or allied fields from any recognised institutes or universities from India or even abroad. 12th passed candidates can apply for BCS. They must have studied mathematics as a subject. Admissions are done on the basis of 12th class marks. Mumbai University, Shivaji University, etc offer admission. Applications can be forwarded to the website of the concerned college.

We can't say that. It will totally depends on management. Tuition fees has not been increased since IMI bhubaneswar started in 2011. The higher management takes the decision who sits in Delhi.
