This totally depends on the company you will be joining, the project you get and the employee requirement of the company. All these factors, decide your joining location. Hence it may or may not be Mumbai.

Yes it will be counted as work experience. But any work experience below 1 year does not have much significance when it comes to placements. But don't be discouraged, you will still have an edge over the fresher. Goodluck

Yes. you can go for BCA but the eligibility conditions differ from university to university to manage both urban and rural students. You may hold on to the seat during the first round of counselling. Only change of course or / and college is permissible in the second round of counselling.
You don't need to surrender your seat for attending 2nd counselling.
You will mostly get a better preference after 2nd counselling. Seats are surrendered only in the case that you are not happy with the seat allotted to you after 1st counselling. Yes, but only after choosing a college or course that you want to choose over the one you chose in your first round, you can attend the 2nd one.
