Yeah, you're eligible. From what I've seen, as a B.Sc (Agriculture or related field) final-year student, you can apply for M.Sc Agriculture at Lovely Professional University. They allow provisional admission, so you can apply now and submit your final result later.
For syllabus, it depends on specialization (like Agronomy, Soil Science, etc.), but generally it includes advanced agronomy, crop production, soil science, plant breeding, research methodology, and field experiments. Compared to B.Sc, it's more practical and research-focused, with lab work and field training.

No, it won't really be a drawback if you do something productive alongside preparing for the MBA entrance exams. You may pursue some certification courses or internships, etc which are related to the stream in which you would do MBA. Doing these things would also help in ensuring you have something extra to speak about during the interviews and thus give an edge.
