Firstly, it would be highly advisable to complete 12th first as it is the basic requirement if you wish to pursue any advance course or apply for job in any sector in future.
2)
LEET or Lateral Entry Entrance Tests are conducted on state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests. One will get direct admission to 2nd year of the course after clearing the exam.
Eligibility for admission to lateral entry course is a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the Diploma course.
You may contact the college officials directly for specific criteria and admission details.
