Since your question is not clear, I assume you are a 12th commerce student looking for a graduate program.
After completing class 12th with Commerce stream you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned courses:
-Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Bachelor in Accounting and finance (BAF)
- Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM)
- Bachelor in Mass Media (BMM)

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So as per your past academic record you are not eligible to pursue MBA.
However if you want to make career in management field then you can opt for Distance MBA.
In order to pursue distance MBA you need to be graduate in any field.
However there are some institutes which may require atleast 50% marks in graduation to be eligible to pursue distance MBA program.
