Valar, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you feel you are ready to compete with the BTechs and BCA-MCA then you can go ahead. you can go for .Net / C# if you are good in programming. However, if that is not so, If you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design of even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career. Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor of Business Economics in Delhi University
The minimum academic qualification that an applicant to the bachelor of economics program should possess is successful completion of 10+2 higher secondary examination.
The minimum marks for eligibility of application varies from one year to another depending on the results of 10+2 examination. However the cut off is generally 55 percent.
Economics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects for the applicants at the 10+2 examination level.
Every applicant must submit during the admission process copies of mark sheets of 10+2 examination, documents pertaining to identity, filled up application form and registration fees.
All applicants enjoying benefits of reservation must submit certificates of proof (like SC / ST / OBC) certificate during admission.
Applicants must sit for an entrance examination known as the Joint Entrance Test in Delhi University. After selection in this test, the candidate must attend a round of counseling which he has to pass before admission. The entrance test comprises questions on reasoning, quantitative ability, general English and awareness of general & business knowledge.
While selecting the best, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.
.NET - This is among most popular languages which are direct counterparts of Java. These are mainly used for light weight application development on the server side and client side. .NET is also easy to master compared to the long Java Library.
The other options for the courses include, i am listing most prominent ones from job point of view:
Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options but you will not get any work of software development on its basis, yet you can continue doing it if you have interest in DBMS.
CCNA/MCSE - These networking certifications can employ you as a network engineer and again even in the recession period these were the most reliable career options, if not most exciting.

Basic eligibility criteria for pursuing PhD in regulatory affairs is:
A postgraduate or graduate in Bachelors of Science, Masters in Science, MBBS or BDS including Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences (with any of the following subjects: Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotech).
Graduated with minimum 60 percent.
As eligibility criteria differs in different institutes. Generally various instittues also accepts TOEFEL score.
