As you are interested in pursuing your Masters from Germany. I would like to say that Germany is a very good option as Germany is one of the countries known for technological advancements, specially automobiles.
Few good universities that might interest you are :
FH Aachen - University of Applied Sciences,
RWTH Aachen University, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Osnabruck. etc.
For more information on German universities, I would suggest you to get in touch with DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also I would suggest you if possible go for a German language course. It may not be mandatory for you to learn the language for the course but will help you to find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
After completion of the course, you are allowed to stay back in the country for 1 year to look for a job and then you can convert your student permit to residence permit for gainful employment.

There won't be many Institutes providing a Diploma in Facility Management as Facility Management is the part of operations, I would suggest you to opt for PG Diploma or Diploma programme in Operations, this not only gives you wider scope at job front but also is considered as one of the popular specialization in India.
