Overall, in order to pursue MS degree from universities in US you need to have:
- Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
- Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
- GRE score of 300-320 plus.
- TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in US, have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
- Fall (August) intake.
- Spring (January) intake.
So, it is always advisable to start your application process atleast 8-9 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average living expenses are about US$ 10,000 per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
