It depends on the course you have previously completed.
1) After 10+2 with math => Btech (CS,IT)
2) After 10+2 without math => BCA
2) After Btech => Mtech
2) After BCA => MCA
For overall info B.tech CS is best among all Bachelor degree computer courses.
It also depends on the fact that every student have some short of fixed knowledge and economic condition so we can't exactly say which course will be best for any student without knowing his personal economic problems and conditions.
