It is multidisciplinary and includes Law, customer and man management, marketing, finance and so on. There are essentially 7 modules which will be covered intensively under the Modern Banker Program:
Basic Principles of Banking - This module provides an overview of the Indian Financial system.
Accounts and Finance Basics for Bankers - The module will provide in-depth learning of accounts process and procedures in Banks.
Legal and Regulatory Framework of Banking - The Banking industry demands a professional to be aware of the legal framework regulating Banking operations. The module will ensure that the learner is proficient in aspects of regulations and compliance which govern the Banking Industry in India.
Introduction to HDFC Bank Products and Processes - The module will provide exhaustive learning of operations and processes of HDFC Bank. The module ensures that the learner is skilled to be absorbed in HDFC Bank.
Basics of Selling - The module teaches the learner to be an efficient and effective sales professional.
Service Excellence and Customer Management - The learner will be skilled to be able to handle customer queries and provide a high level of service.
Effective Business Communication - The module will enable the learner to refine his communication skills and be a dynamic Banking professional.
Placement assistance will be available with HDFC Bank after the programme.

Following are the course options to pursue Law as a career.
*B.A. L.L.B: This is a 5-year course and the students can pursue this course after passing Class 12.
One must have to pass out class 12th in any discipline from recognized university board.
One should also have to qualify entrance exam conducted at national level.
Many universities/colleges have their own rules and regulations and conduct their own exams for taking admission in this course.
*L.L.B: This is a 3-year course, open for graduates.
Candidate must be completed his/her graduation in any discipline and also have to qualify entrance exam to get admission in various India's colleges/universities.
*LLM: For this course you should have to complete LLB degree from any recognized university.
There are exams like CLAT,LSAT , You need to clear these exams then only you are eligible for Law admission in any college .
Eligibilty for CLAT:
To be eligible to appear in CLAT-2014, a candidate should have obtained a Higher Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board .with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC and ST candidates) and should be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2014 (22 years in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates)
Candidates who are appearing in March/April, 2014 or have appeared in the 10+2 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test. However, such candidates are required to have passed the qualifying examination at the time of their admission and must be able to submit proofs in support of their claims. No provisional admission shall be provided to those candidates who are not submitting the result of the qualifying examination (i.e. 10+2) at the time of admission.
