All the three professional courses mentioned above have a promising future. The course contents and functions are somewhat similar. However, they differ in specializations as follows-
CS - Tax laws, Economic laws, Labor laws, Company law
CA - Auditing, Cost accountancy, Accountancy, Taxation
CA – All those companies which are registered under the Companies Act are required to get their accounts audited only by practicing Chartered Accountants. So a qualified Chartered Accountant has the opportunity to join the Government Service, Public Sector and private sector.

DO NOT JOIN THIS INSTITUTE!
Even if this course is available, I would advise you not to join this institute. I am an ex-student of this institute [2008-2011]. My batch-mates and I still haven't received our degree certificate till date. On top of that they take credit for your job, and post the same on their official website under "Placement" (Now my name is removed, as I had raised an objection against the same). And if you show them their faults, they will reduce your semester internal marks. I have gone through these phases, and the entire credit goes to this institute.
Don't join this institute and waste your time and money.

As you have completed your graduation in mechanical engineering you can apply for a regular course.
Below is the eligibility for pursuing PG in Mechanical engineering:
To pursue a ME or M.Tech programme, candidates must have completed BE or B.Tech degree programmes in related engineering discipline. Meritorious students who have completed five-year Integrated M.Sc programmes in related sciences from prestigious institutions might also be considered eligible for the programmes.
Top-notch institutions like IITs require candidates to clear national-level or state-level entrance exams, such as Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), and appear for interviews or written tests at institute-level. The admissions to ME or M.Tech programmes are then awarded on merit-basis.

Nikhil, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you feel you are ready to compete with the BTechs and BCA-MCA then you can go ahead. you can go for .Net / C# if you are good in programming. However, if that is not so, If you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career.
