Hi, The career in aviation attracts many youngsters as it provides the opportunity to travel around the globe. This is a lucrative field. This is a highly specialised job which requires knowledge of air navigation, interpretation of meteorological reports, operations of sophisticated electronic and mechanical controls, leading the aircraft under adverse circumstances, and being a leader to the flight crew and passengers under climatic and other emergency situations. To become a pilot one has to first possess a Student Pilot License (SPL). The eligibility criteria to avail this license is 10+2(CBSE preferably) with science (physics) and mathematics subjects and should be above 16 years of age. You should register at a flying club which is recognised by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India to obtain the license. There are 4 levels of training as pilot each level rewards you with a particular grade of pilot license. 1. Students Pilot Licence: for flying at training school 2. Private Pilot Licence: required for a pilot to take passengers (small number) up with him or her. 3. Commercial Pilot Licence: the minimum requirement to obtain a job in airlines as a pilot. 4. Airline Transport Pilot License: required to become a Captain with an airline. The expenses involved in the course also vary depending on the degree of license you wish to obtain. The total expense to become a commercial pilot will be around 10 lakhs and for Airline pilot training it will be close to 15 lakhs. However, scholarships and bank loans can by availed by the deserving students. There are many institutes that offer aviation program in India and abroad. We suggest you to complete your XII classes with physics and mathematics subjects and then opt to take up training in aviation in any of the reputed institutes.

A company secretary can be in practice, or in employment be appointed as a key managerial person. Company secretary are also called as compliance managers as they are the ones with an overall and all round knowledge of various laws applicable on the industries.
So it is noteworthy that along with the enhancement in scope, work and remuneration wise, responsibility and accountability is also increased.
The salary package, though depends on your skills, knowledge and practical exposure, but on an average a fresher company secretary can get anything from a range of 25k to 40k a month.
