You will be able to get a reasonable and good civil engineering junior level jobs on completion of Diploma in Civil Engineering. You are also eligible to seek lateral entry admission in any branch of Engineering in 2nd year in an engineering college by appearing in LEET Examination. You can also do AMIE while on job to become an engineer. If you do not have any personal or financial constraints, you may opt for lateral entry admission in B.Tech for better career opportunities and growth. Thank you.

ISRO exam eligibility:
BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available). Minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in section B alone for candidates with AMIE/Grad IETE qualification.
Candidates who are going to complete the above course in the academic year 2016-17 are also eligible to apply provided final Degree is available by 31/8/2017. The qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test.

Yes, it is good as it is a GFTI. But, I think you should try harder and take admission in some better college. BIT Mesra is best for engineering. Hope it helps.

After BMS ideal PG degree is MBA from a prestigious BSchool. If you do not want to do MBA and interested in BFSI sector then you may opt for M.Com Banking & Finance else you may opt for M.Com Business Management tohave wider career opportunities.
