Admission to BBA at Chandigarh University is based on merit, not on clearing a tough entrance exam. Students who score 50% or above in their 12th exams can apply directly without appearing for CUCET. Yes, you can still get admission in Chandigarh University for BBA even if you scored below 70% in 12th commerce. The basic eligibility is passing Class 12 with at least 50% marks from a recognised board. The university conducts its own entrance test CUCET, and performance in this exam along with your Class 12 marks is considered for admission. So, even with less than 70%, you have a good chance if you clear CUCET and fulfill the minimum criteria.
