Hi,
Find below the eligibility to pursue MS degree from universities in Germany.
- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline with good academic record preferably 70%-80% plus in graduation.
- High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
To pursue masters degree form universities in Germany you need to have GRE score of 310 plus, TOEFL score of 90 plus with no band less than 20 or IELTS score of 7 bands plus with no individual band below 6.5.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
However please remember since Germany is a non English speaking country, and their national language is German, so it is always advisable for students to pursue some basic level German language course before leaving for Germany.

There are, therefore, two different methods of registration for students who complete their LLB degrees from outside India:
For students who complete their LLB degrees from recognised universities:
These students are required to apply for registration to their respective State Bar Councils upon their return to India. The State Bar Councils then forward their applications to the Bar Council of India, which conducts an exam twice a year, on six subjects. Successful candidates are permitted to practice in India.
For students who complete their LLB degrees from non-recognised universities:
These students are required to apply directly to the Bar Council of India for registration. These applications are considered on a case-to case basis, and, upon approval, these students may be allowed to practice in India.

As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue MBA, but not able to decide whether to purse it from India or from abroad.
So regarding this please remember the cost of education in universities abroad would be much more as compared to education in India, so you need to decide whether it is worth to invest such a big amount.
Please note that B-schools in India do offers campus placement to students, whereas such facility in not available in B-schools abroad.
You may work part time while pursuing MBA abroad, but such opportunity in not possible in India.
You need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for admission in good B-school abroad, however work experience is not a mandatory eligibility criteria for admission in Indian B-schools.
So based on the above mentioned parameters you may decide whether to pursue MBA form India or abroad.
