If you belong to OBC/SC/ST category then you may get freeship from the respective commissions for CPL training. Otherwise at IGRUA Some State Governments provide scholarship to reserve category candidates of their states. IGRUA can only forward the application to the respective State Governments. The candidates may approach their State Governments for the same. The only way to pursue this course for Gen category candidates is to either finance themselves or go for educational loan from banks like SBI and PNB.

Past studies for Thakur doesn't matter, what matters is which course you want to get in.
For MMS you need to score minimum 88-90 percentile in the Open category and around 60 in Hindi linguistic minority.
Selection to PGDM is on basis of your performance.
Thanks!
