The minimum qualification required to pursue this course is class 12th.

For pursuing M.Tech, you have to give GATE i.e. graduate aptitude test in engineering. Based on your rank in GATE, you can apply to various engineering colleges. Also, some private institutes and some states organise their own entrance exams. But mainly, the GATE score is acceptable in maximum number of institutes.

It's good to know your dreams of doing graduation in engineering. Every state has its own equivalence and it's published by concerned DTE of Tech Edu of the state. But I feel that what you are seeking is allowed. But please ensure that you score handsomely in your diploma exam.

How did you complete class 10th if you failed in maths?
You have to take compartment or re-exam if you want a bright future.

Universities that offer other degrees along with engineering named their engineering degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering) and institutes providing professional courses like engineering named their engineering degree as B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology). B.Tech is considered as skill-oriented course.

CPL is not part-time training. You may take gaps as per the availability of time and money that you spend.
It is a professional training and requires an equal input of candidate as from that of the instructor or the academy.

Well , migration is possible but there are certain conditions which the Candidate has to fulfill . Firstly you should qualify the minimum percentage requirement.Secondly ,If you completed your 1st year without any backlog . Thirdly , you need to Submit migration as well as character certificate from the institute From where you have passed your 1st year. lastly ,your transcripts will be matched that whether you have studies the subjects required.
