Firstly, you need to decide whether you want to live in university managed accommodation, or with a private landlord. Choosing university managed accommodation can also give you a catered or self-catered option. The catered accommodation offers the benefits of your meals being cooked for you and a degree of certainty with meal costs. If you have an idea about what you prefer, the accommodation office at your university will be able to tell you what accommodation they have available - so that's the place to start. If you are thinking of renting from a private landlord or if your chosen university cant offer you anything in its own residential facility, the accommodation office should be able to provide you with a list of private properties and landlords in the area. Wherever you choose to live, you should make sure that you know your contractual rights and responsibilities. In most cases, you will be asked to enter into a tenancy agreement, which you should read thoroughly before you sign. The kind of accommodation options available would be -Short-term accommodation - Hostels and hotels. Temporary housing which may be offered through your institution while you get settled. Talk to your institution's international support staff or check their website for details. Rental - You can rent or 'lease' a property by yourself or with friends. This can be done through a real estate agent or privately. On-Campus - Living can be a great option to minimize travel. Most universities have comfortable and furnished apartment-style living on campus or close by. Homestay - This option allows you to live with a family in their home.

Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors of Science Degree (Medical Science and Allied Medical or Applied Medical Science or Agriculture or Nanotechnology or Biosciences or Life Sciences or Food Sciences or Nutrition and Dietetics or Home Science or Veterinary Microbiology and Parasitology or Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health and Allied Sciences or Plant Science)or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants) (10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (I. e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University).

Admission of students into the autonomous degree courses will be on the basis of the aggregate marks in the qualifying examination for both the under- graduate and the post-graduate courses, unless specified otherwise.
?All applications for admissions should be submitted online by the date notified by the college. Late applications will not be accepted.
?The admission procedure will be considered complete only when the full fees for the academic year are paid (against an official receipt) and the name of the student applicant appears on the relevant rolls. All UG and PG admissions are valid for only one year and therefore it would have to be renewed for each subsequent year of study.
?All admissions are provisional and subject to enrolment and granting of eligibility by the University of Mumbai.
?A student will not be readmitted to the college if he/she has attendance deficiencies and serious complaints of indiscipline against him/her in the previous year.
?The college is conferred with Gujarati linguistic minority status by the Government of Maharastra under which 50% of the seats the entry level are reserved for the foresaid linguistic minority, (after admitting in-house students for undergraduate aided courses viz. F.Y. B.A /B.Com / B.Sc ONLY). NO in-house quota is applicable for admissions to unaided courses. The remaining seats are allotted as per merit and according to other norms laid down by the Government from time to time.
